Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking an IT Business Analyst to help roll out Oracle ERP Cloud across multiple sites in the US and internationally. You will liaise between business users and the IT team to ensure a high-quality solution delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires five+ years in business analysis or related roles, experience with SDLC/Agile, and the ability to map requirements across distribution, manufacturing, and finance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst or systems project manager.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies preferred.
• Experience writing business requirements and mapping business processes across functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to identify, document, and validate needs, processes, data scope, and security requirements.
• Lead changes to requirements, ensuring impacts are communicated and understood throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT project teams from inception to rollout.
• Review testing strategies, plans and results to ensure alignment with business needs.
