• Support implementation activities including configuration validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Partner with client stakeholders, technical teams and Oracle partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain requirements traceability and status reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Balance onsite presence in Oklahoma with remote collaboration as the engagement requires.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements‑gathering and process mapping sessions across Oracle Cloud ERP functional areas (e.g., Financials, HCM, Procurement)
• Translate business requirements into functional design documentation and configuration specifications
• Support implementation activities including configuration validation, testing, and go‑live readiness
• Partner with client stakeholders, technical teams, and Oracle implementation partners to resolve open issues
• Maintain requirements traceability and status reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Balance onsite presence in Oklahoma with remote/virtual collaboration as the engagement requires

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations (Financials, HCM, Procurement, or related modules)
• Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design
• Ability to work both onsite in Oklahoma and virtually as engagement needs dictate
• Strong client‑facing written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• State or local government implementation experience
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant functional modules
• Background in management or systems‑integration consulting
• Experience supporting financial management or HCM modernization for public‑sector clients

Compensation:
$50,000 per year
