Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers in the US seek an Oracle Cloud EPM Support Engineer to deliver high-quality support for Oracle EPM solutions and enable robust financial planning and performance management. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office, with hiring locations in Atlanta, Tampa, or Dallas.

The work:

As an Oracle Cloud EPM Support Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes and solutions to deliver high-quality support, drive operational efficiency, and enable effective financial planning and performance management. You will foster collaboration, engage with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with client expectations while mitigating risks and enhancing service delivery.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Tampa or Dallas.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points if:

• Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes
• Knowledge of EPM configurations, metadata, business rules, data forms, security, and data management
• Experience in incident management, issue resolution, and user support
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into support or enhancement solutions

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
