Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leading Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects, coordinating resources and stakeholders for successful delivery
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation, to align with client objectives
• Overseeing the integration and utilization of Oracle solutions to optimize operational efficiency for clients
• Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project objectives and monitor progress
• Mitigating risks and addressing conflicts by engaging in constructive conversations with clients and team members
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
• Utilizing analytical skills to identify system interactions and improve project outcomes
• Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing innovative technologies within project teams
• Facilitating cross-functional team coordination to achieve strategic goals and deliver quality results
• Validating compliance with professional and technical standards, upholding the firm's code of conduct
