Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM/EPBCS Lead with EDM to join our Cloud practice. You will guide clients through end-to-end Cloud implementations, leading design workshops and ensuring milestones align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Two end-to-end Cloud implementations with Oracle Cloud EPM/EPBCS and EDM.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting services as a subject matter expert and lead clients through the Cloud implementation lifecycle.
• Lead design workshops aligning Cloud functionality with client requirements.
• Identify functionality gaps and build extensions.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes or systems.
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflows.
• Support validation scripts and testing scenarios.
• Oversee configuration and data validation during CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles.
• Lead migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions to production.
• Communicate status and drive project deliverables.
• Interact with team members working on reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions.
• Provide status reports to project manager/client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation life cycle
• Lead design workshops, aligning Cloud functionality with client-specific requirements
• Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Write business requirement documents such as reports, interfaces, requisition templates, item data conversions, and workflows
• Support clients with validation scripts and testing scenarios
• Oversee configuration and data validation during CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles
• Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to production
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

Qualifications:

Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional Lead with the following:

• Experienced with 5 years in a Functional Lead role
• Ideal candidate has completed two end-to-end Cloud implementations with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud EPM/EPBCS with EDM experience, leading other functional resources through a full life cycle project
• Commercial experience required
• Oracle Cloud EDM (Enterprise Data Management) experience is required
• Travel to client sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
• Must already be living in the US
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• All work to be performed in the US
