Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of Oracle-based solutions, guiding teams through planning, design, construction, testing and deployment across multiple clients. You’ll manage scope, budgets, and risk while delivering high-quality results.

The role emphasizes client interaction, governance, and leadership: mentoring staff, driving proposals, and building long-term relationships while navigating complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor’s degree is required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years relevant experience in SCM/Finance application implementations as a Technical/Lead or Enterprise IT integration lead.
• 2–3 full cycle Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud implementations and 3–4 Oracle EBS modules experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participate in sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required up to 60–80% of schedule.
