Requirements

• Provide technical Oracle database and GoldenGate expertise and support for maintaining performance and reliability of enterprise database solutions.
• Undertake database projects requiring specialized technical knowledge.
• Makes well-thought-out decisions on moderately complex or ambiguous database issues and effectively develops, presents and implements .
• Collaborate efficiently and proactively within team and with other teams to improve reliability, optimize costs, enforce standards and compliance, and support requests from customers.
• Participate in on-call rotation, effectively troubleshoot issues to prevent and resolve incidents.
• Must have enterprise experience supporting, building, documenting, monitoring and maintaining Oracle databases and GoldenGate, performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Will need experience working with Unix type operating systems, shell scripting and of course be strong with writing, troubleshooting and optimizing SQL queries.
