Summary:

We are seeking an Oracle BRM Support Engineer with expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) to contribute to a team providing comprehensive 24×7 support. The role requires hands-on technical skills for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the BRM system, with a focus on maintaining high availability, data integrity, and compliance. Effective communication and collaborative teamwork are essential, particularly with our offshore support team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Continuously monitor the BRM system, promptly addressing issues to minimize downtime
  2. Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring adherence to service levels
  3. Perform system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
  4. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinating with IT teams and vendors as needed
  5. Ensure data integrity and security, implementing measures against data breaches and losses
  6. Document incidents, resolutions, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing
  7. Provide user support and conduct training on BRM system functionalities
  8. Monitor system performance and optimize for increased reliability and efficiency
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to implement new features and enhancements
