Must have Oracle on‑premise and Cloud EBS security, critical function and Disaster Recovery (DR) maintenance and support experience. Must have valid Security + certification and must be a US citizen. Oracle Apps DBA support with strong knowledge of system and database tuning, system security, and critical function management. Responsibilities include file porting to custom directories located on AFSVC BAN, promoting AFSVC built code, utilizing established policies, standards and sound management principles, conducting periodic update meetings and program reviews, contributing to discussion/proof‑of‑concept works on strategic platform solutions, defining and implementing data visualization best practices, promoting and loading EBS system change requests into environments per Change Management Approval process, identifying issues, gathering technical requirements, and providing recommended solutions. Perform APPS DBA functions for critical functions such as rectification of issues found in Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans; Oracle Data Masking and Subsetting; auditing database activity; creating and managing standby databases for disaster protection; protecting against data corruption; supplemental reporting; working on Oracle Service requests via My Oracle Support; coordinating with functional and technical resources; performing Oracle OAS administrative services including configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolution support; and utilizing certification templates for Authority to Operate (ATO) and Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) actions in coordination with government personnel.
