Qualifications

Job Summary

The client is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX & Forms Developer to modernize and migrate legacy Oracle Forms applications to Oracle Application Express (APEX) using Oracle Database 19c.
The selected candidate will analyze existing applications, develop modern APEX interfaces, build and maintain Oracle PL/SQL components, optimize database performance, and support application security and integration. The role involves working on mission-critical environmental and regulatory systems while ensuring compliance with enterprise development standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, legacy application modernization, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

1. Oracle APEX: 5–7 years of hands-on application development experience.
