Job summary

Baptist Health in Boynton Beach is seeking an OR Tech Assistant in Surgery (Full-time, 7:30A–4P). You will supervise and coordinate OR Tech staff, assist the Registered Nurse and surgical team, and help transport patients and manage environmental services to keep the OR running smoothly.

Minimum 1 year of Surgical Support Technician experience is preferred. A High School diploma (or equivalent) and Basic Life Support certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous Surgical Support Technician experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and coordination of work activities for OR Technical Assistant staff, including transportation of patients and environmental services.

Provides support to the Registered Nurse and surgical team. Estimated pay range for this position is $17.11 - $19.66 / hour depending on experience.
