Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking a Clinical Attendant, Team Lead for the Operating Room. You will supervise OR technicians, ensure safe patient care, and support anesthesia providers while maintaining supply chains and equipment readiness.

Requirements include a HS Diploma (Associate's preferred), recent supervisory experience within 3 years, BLS certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; an Associate's degree preferred.
• Recent supervisory experience within past 3 years.
• Surgical services experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English at the 12th grade level.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OR technicians to ensure safe patient care and efficient workflows.
• Assist anesthesia providers and manage supplies/equipment in the OR.
• Orient new staff and mentor attendees; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of operating rooms and stockrooms.
• Collaborate with perioperative leadership on staffing and equipment par levels.
• Support in training and competency programs; participate in quality improvement.
