Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon during intra-operative phase to ensure safe operative care.
• Collaborate with OR Manager, Director of Surgical Services, and VP Patient Care Services for peri-operative planning.
• Support patient safety and optimize outcomes during procedures.
• Perform duties in alignment with hospital policies and clinical standards.
