Job summary

TriState Health in Clarkston, WA seeks an experienced Surgical Technologist to provide safe and effective patient care in the operating room. You will scrub, prepare, assemble and maintain OR instrumentation and equipment, and participate in 24-hour call coverage.

Requires WA Surgical Tech license, BLS/CPR, high school diploma, and at least two years of scrub experience. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential; benefits include PTO, FSA, DepCare, and a 403(b) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Washington State Surgical Tech license required. Current American Heart Association’s BLS/CPR certification card on hire.
• Two years of scrub experience, required.
• Additional medical background/previous hospital experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patient in operating room and scrub a wide variety of surgical cases.
• Prepare, assemble and maintain operating room instrumentation and equipment.
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Education and Training:

Licensures/ Certifications:

• Washington State Surgical Tech license required. Current American Heart Association’s BLS/CPR certification card on hire.

Experience:

• Two years of previous scrub experience, required.
• Additional medical background/previous hospital experience, preferred.
