Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an OR Supply Tech to monitor par levels across the OR, Anesthesia, PACU, Holding Area, OR Stores and Case-pick. The role re-orders supplies using hand-held technology and works with the Distribution Department as needed.

You will restock, count inventory, report hazards, and cross-cover for other OR Supply Techs. A high school diploma and 0-1 years' experience are required; basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers; able to navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitors par levels of supplies in the OR, Anesthesia, PACU, and Holding Area.
• Restocks areas as needed; re-orders JIT supplies via hand-held technology.
• Reports hazards within the environment to appropriate personnel.
• Cross covers for other OR Supply Techs and assists in inventory processes.
• Unpacks and puts away supplies; maintains administrative paperwork.
