Mercyhealth is seeking a part-time Unit Clerk/Medical Assistant to support the Director with administrative duties and centralized scheduling in a hospital setting. The role focuses on documentation, reports, timekeeping, licensure tracking, and budget input, with daily use of EPIC and office software.
The position requires hospital clerical experience, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with physicians, vendors, and departments.
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Shift: Days
Unit Clerk or Medical Assistant experience required.
Previous hospital and clerical experience required.
Centralized scheduling experience preferred.
Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Monitor OR Schedulers for proficiency with new processes and procedures, report all deficiencies to Director.
$18.28 - $26.51
