Job summary

HCA Florida University Hospital is seeking an OR RN Service Line Lead to influence patient care and drive nursing initiatives across the service line. You will collaborate with your direct manager and participate in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives to shape decisions that impact outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse leader, you will apply critical thinking and clinical leadership to plan, direct, and deliver high-quality perioperative care in alignment with Florida Nurse Practice Act

• 1 year of General Surgery and Neuro/Spine/ Ortho experience

You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient. The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the planning, directing and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician’s orders, recognized nursing techniques, policies, procedures, established standards and administrative policies.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• 1 year of General Surgery and Neuro/Spine/ Ortho experience
