Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures; department admissions to the operative suite. This role reports to the Nurse Manager and is supervised by the RN in the operating rooms to which the nurse is assigned.

Travel assignments are available across multiple locations in West Virginia, with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life

Qualifications

• Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room clinical experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred
• Current BLS card
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

Responsibilities

• Scrub and/or circulate for operative procedures.
• Work under the supervision of the RN in the operating rooms to which he/she is assigned.
• Assist with department admissions to the operative suite.
