Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is seeking an OR Radiologic Technologist to support intraoperative imaging in the operating room. The role involves operating O-Arm, c-arms and mini c-arms, and coordinating with surgeons to ensure accurate imaging guidance for each case.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment connections and performing imaging for ERCP/GI exams or cardiac ICU catheter placements as needed. CT DPH license and ARRT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiology Technician credentialed by CT DPH prior to hire date
• ARRT Registered Radiology Technician credentialed prior to hire date
• Associates degree in Radiology required
• Experience with OR and fluoroscopic procedures preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging in the operating room during intra‑operative procedures
• Operate imaging equipment such as O-Arm and c‑arms; perform double c‑arm cases
• Troubleshoot device connections with imaging equipment and navigation systems
• Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to ensure radiology guidance is available for cases
• May image ERCP/GI exams and cardiac ICU catheter placements as needed
