Job summary

You will implement the nursing process, promote positive patient outcomes, and contribute to a professional, supportive environment. Kentucky RN licensure and BCLS are required, with ACLS and PALS due within six months.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license is required.
• BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process for assigned patients in OR PrePost, ensuring care aligns with Kentucky Nursing Laws and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with a diverse, inter-professional team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Lead by example and contribute to continuous professional development and shared governance.
• Use critical thinking and clinical reasoning to deliver safe, effective care.
