Qualifications

• Current OR RN experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (manager, supervisor, team lead or Charge RN).
• Illinois RN license may be in process at time of submission.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for the OR department.
• Oversee staffing, safety, quality, and performance of daily surgical operations.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, SPD and hospital leadership.
