Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in SC (LLR verification).
• BLS required for ALL nurses.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination and diagnostic analysis.
• Delegate, supervise and evaluate team activities while executing urgent directives.
• Provide nursing interventions per Plan of Care and physician orders.
• Record all care information concisely and accurately in the patient chart.
• Prepare operating room and position patient for procedures.
• Participate in scheduled call as required and maintain readiness for emergencies.

Education

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing

Active Registered Nursing License verified by the LLR for the State of South Carolina

BLS Certification

ACLS Certification within 6 months of Hire/Transfer Date
