Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates accountability for professional development and quality of care.
• Applies nursing process within Relationship Based Care to plan and document care.
• Teach patients and families and support staff development.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and care team.
• Perform scrub role per policy.
• Adhere to schedule: evening shifts 11a-11p, two days a week.
