Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-level nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process. The role supports the system's mission, vision and values within a 46-bed facility serving Midlothian and northern Ellis County.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing education, current Texas RN license or eligibility, and at least six months RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Texas RN license or eligibility to practice.
• Six months RN experience.

Responsabilités

• Assumes responsibility for the nursing components of the patient/family/significant other educational process.

• Ensures complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information.
• Provides a therapeutic environment through safe, accurate, and timely medication and IV administration.
• Takes personal responsibility and initiative for performance and for professional growth and development.
• Utilizes the nursing process to ensure quality patient care is provided throughout the episode of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
