Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking a motivated OR Circulator Registered Nurse for our Westminster, CO facility. This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and 10-hour shifts, with no on-call, weekends, or holidays.

The OR RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in the operating room, communicate with physicians and staff, and uphold nursing standards while collaborating with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed in the state, or possess a compact license.
• Compact licenses must obtain state license within 90 days of hire.
• CPR required, advanced life support certification required within six months of hire.
• One year experience required intra-operative setting.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients in the operating room.
• Communicate information to physicians, patients, families, and team members.
• Follow nursing standards of practice and Center policies.
• May serve on committees and participate in quality improvement audits and projects.
