Job summary

HUMBLE VASCULAR SURGICAL CENTER INC in Murray, Utah seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced surgical setting. The RN will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license, BLS, and at least one year of OR experience. BSN is preferred. Excellent communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• 1 year of OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust plan.
• Direct care delivery and coordinate with other health professionals.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care as indicated.
