Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Grand Blanc, MI, is seeking a Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Circulating in Pontiac to deliver high-quality perioperative care. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists and OR staff to plan, coordinate and execute patient care from pre-op to post-op while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing, active Michigan RN license, and BLS; preferred Bachelor’s in Nursing and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in the operating room using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and OR staff to coordinate care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care from pre-op to post-op.
• Direct, coordinate and delegate activities to maintain patient-centered care.
• Ensure standards of practice and hospital policies are followed.
