The Center for Ambulatory Surgery in Mountainside, NJ, seeks an experienced OR nurse to join our team. The role focuses on circulating in the operating room, coordinating patient care, and supporting the surgical team to ensure safety and comfort for every procedure.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years OR experience, are graduates of an accredited nursing program, and hold an active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Positive energy and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Our Mountainside physicians and staff at The Center for Ambulatory Surgery are dedicated to providing quality, affordable care to the community in their quest to treat an array of orthopedic, podiatry, adult and pediatric urology, plastic surgery, chronic pain, sinus, and adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat (ENT) conditions. Our goal at The Center for Ambulatory Surgery is to ensure your comfort and safety by providing a team of highly trained surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses whose focus is your comfort and care.

Responsibilities

• Circulating in the Operating Room.

Requirements

• Must have 2-3 years of Operating Room experience.
• Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills, and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse, and maintain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
• Must be positive and energetic, a strong team player, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and have strong decision-making skills.
