Job summary

BayCare Health System, Surgery Cardiovascular-MPH in Clearwater, FL seeks an experienced RN for an in-person full-time OR role. Requires 2+ years acute care; CVOR experience and Charge RN in OR preferred. Board running experience preferred. Shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; On Call: Yes.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing care, mentoring staff, and maintaining professional standards per best practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years acute care experience.
• CVOR experience strongly preferred.
• Charge RN in OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a sub-specialty with leadership responsibilities.
• Serve as a role model for nursing staff and mentor team members.
• Ensure accountability and development per standards from a national specialty organization.
