Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse (Charge RN) – Operating Room to lead and coordinate daily surgical operations in a high-volume perioperative services unit. You will oversee patient flow, staffing coordination, and clinical leadership to ensure safe, efficient care.

The role requires an active Oklahoma RN license with at least 2 years of OR circulating experience in orthopedic and neurosurgery, plus leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license – Oklahoma or compact license required.
• Minimum 2 years OR circulating experience.
• Orthopedic and neuro surgery experience required.
• Charge Nurse or leadership experience required.
• CNOR certification preferred; Epic EMR experience a plus.

Responsibilities
