Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Procedural Inventory Technician to manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR. You will order, receive, stock, and deliver supplies, maintain accurate levels, and respond to urgent requests.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, conduct physical inventories, ensure barcodes and cross-referencing in the inventory system, and handle stock-outs. High School Diploma or GED required; hospital supply experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous inventory management experience preferred.
• Some hospital supply experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments.
• Order, receive, stock, and deliver supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to meet supply needs.
• Review and maintain Min/Max inventory levels.
• Conduct physical inventories of POU and Non-POU areas.
• Ensure items have appropriate barcodes and are cross-referenced in the inventory management system.
• React appropriately to stock-outs and critical supply needs.
• Transport and deliver medications and contrast media as required.
