Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking a Procedural Inventory Technician to manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments. You will order, receive, stock, and deliver supplies, collaborating with clinical staff to meet patient care needs and maintain accurate Min/Max levels.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred experience in hospital supply and prior inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Previous inventory management experience Preferred.
• Some hospital supply experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments.
• Order, receive, stock, and deliver supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to meet supply needs.
• Review and maintain Min/Max inventory levels.
• Conduct physical inventories of POU and Non-POU areas.
• Ensure items have appropriate barcodes and are cross-referenced in the inventory management system.
• React appropriately to stock-outs and critical supply needs.
• Transport and deliver medications and contrast media as required.
