Job summary

HCA Healthcare's LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA is seeking a Procedural Technician to manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR. You will handle ordering, receiving, stocking and delivering supplies, ensuring accurate inventory and up-to-date barcodes.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and preferred hospital supply experience. You will collaborate with clinical staff and respond to stock needs, while maintaining Min/Max levels and supporting patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Previous inventory management experience Preferred
• Some hospital supply experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments.
• Order, receive, stock, and deliver supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to meet supply needs.
• Review and maintain Min/Max inventory levels.
• Conduct physical inventories of POU and Non-POU areas.
• Ensure items have appropriate barcodes and are cross-referenced in the inventory management system.
• React appropriately to stock-outs and critical supply needs.
• Transport and deliver medications and contrast media as required.
