The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate in Optometry and be licensed or eligible to practice in South Carolina. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, base salary starting at $120,000, with performance-based bonuses and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• OD degree required and SC license/eligibility
• Warm bedside manner and strong communication
• Ability to thrive in busy private practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct full eye exams and vision assessments
• Counsel patients on eye health and preventive care
• Use modern diagnostic and treatment technology
• Write prescriptions for glasses, contacts, and other vision aids
• Handle contact lens fittings
• Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and diseases
• Partner with surgical providers on co-management cases
• Keep clean, accurate patient charts
