Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking a passionate Optometrist to join a dynamic team in Louisville, KY. Whether a new graduate or a seasoned clinician, you will conduct thorough eye exams, diagnose ocular diseases, and prescribe eyewear and vision therapy using cutting-edge technology including Optos and Eye Trust EMR.

You will maintain accurate patient records, stay current with advances in optometry, and educate patients on eye health.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry program.
• Valid state optometry license or in process of obtaining.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and eye health.
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and vision therapy as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and stay current with optometry advances.
• Educate patients on eye health and prevention strategies.
