You will perform comprehensive exams, prescribe glasses/contacts, manage ocular disease, and maintain EMRs using autorefractor, Optos, Zeiss OCT, and Humphrey VF; about 30 hours per week.

Supported by a collaborative team of seven employees, this is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming practice that values teamwork, continuity of care, and meaningful connections with patients.What you'll do:As an Associate Optometrist, you’ll provide comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages, prescribe glasses and contact lenses, diagnose and manage ocular disease, and educate patients on proper eye care practices and optical products. You’ll also maintain accurate electronic medical records, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care, and use the practice’s diagnostic technology, including autorefractor, NCT, Optos, Zeiss OCT, and Humphrey Visual Field, to help deliver safe, thorough, and patient-centered care in a friendly, professional environment. This role is approximately 30 hours per week, with patient volume varying by experience and day.Who you are:You are a dedicated, patient-focused Optometrist with a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution and a passion for delivering high-quality care in both medical and family practice settings. Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required, and familiarity with medical coding and electronic records management is a plus.
