Job summary

Northwest Eye Surgeons in Washington state seeks a full-time Optometrist for high-level medical optometry and surgical co-management. You will perform comprehensive medical eye exams, co-manage cataract and glaucoma cases, and work closely with ophthalmologists in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program.
• Washington license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management.
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset.
• Team-oriented and clinically driven.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical eye exams.
• Provide pre- and post-op cataract and glaucoma care.
• Co-manage patients in a collaborative MD/OD model.
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently in EMR.
• Participate in CE and ongoing training.
