Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Target Optical in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an independent Doctor of Optometry to run your own practice alongside a Luxottica optical dispensary. You will provide high-quality eye care and build relationships with patients in a flexible, autonomous setting.

You can set your professional fee schedule, keep patient revenues, and operate with a furnished office and well-equipped exam lanes. Onboarding support and access to online scheduling are provided.

• Independent practice autonomy with no company-imposed restrictions.
• Flexible schedules, including part-time commitments.
• Furnished office with exam lane(s) and rent-based practice setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients in your independent practice adjacent to the Luxottica dispensary.
• Manage your private practice: set professional fees and retain patient revenues for services rendered.
