Job summary

Eyes On Eyecare in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a private practice that values patient relationships and a warm, collaborative culture.

You’ll perform routine and medical eye exams, prescribe glasses/contacts, and contribute to community outreach while enjoying modern in-house technology and supportive staff. Residency not required; new grads welcome with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Optometry school.
• California license (or eligible) + TPA license.
• Board certified/eligible.
• Residency is a plus, but not required.
• New grads or experienced ODs — we’re happy to support you either way!

Responsibilities

• Performing routine and medical eye exams.
• Prescribing glasses/contacts and treating all kinds of eye conditions.
• Helping with staff training, community outreach, and even creating fun social media content.
• Being a key leader on our close-knit team.
• We want someone with a warm, personable vibe who loves building relationships with patients.
