Job summary

Drs. Hiura & Hiura Optometrists in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Optometrist to join a third-generation private practice with a long-standing community focus and family-friendly care.

You'll perform comprehensive routine and medical eye exams, manage ocular disease, prescribe glasses and contacts, document in the EHR, and collaborate with opticians and staff using advanced tools like Optos, OCT, and autorefractor. 24–40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Licensed Optometrist in California.
• Experience providing comprehensive routine and medical eye care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive routine and medical eye examinations.
• Manage ocular diseases and prescribe glasses and contact lenses.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record; coordinate with providers.
• Collaborate with opticians, technicians, and front desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
