Job summary

Adventure Dental and Vision in Commerce City, CO is currently seeking an Optometrist to provide preventive and restorative eye care. This is a part-time opportunity for 1-2 days per week, and/or Saturdays, and/or PRN. Pay range: $500-$650/day.

Responsibilities include examining patients, diagnosing and treating vision-related conditions, and developing treatment plans while guiding staff to assist in patient care. State optometry license required.

Qualifications

Adventure Dental and Vision in Commerce City, CO, is currently seeking an Optometrist to provide preventive and restorative eye care for all patients, diagnosing and treating vision-related symptoms, as well as instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment.

This is a part-time opportunity for 1-2 days per week, and/or Saturdays, and/or PRN.

Pay range: $500-$650/day

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
• Provide comprehensive professional vision treatment plans to help them achieve optimal vision health, using accepted clinical and diagnostic techniques
• Build a community within the practice that fosters teammate satisfaction and retention by developing strategies to achieve organizational goals, being available to staff, accepting feedback from others, developing subordinates’ skills, and encouraging growth
• Arrange for referral to vision specialists when appropriate
• Prepare a doctor case file including medical history, informing patients on general care and health of eyes at regular time intervals, and staying informed on the latest vision treatment techniques
