Eyetastic Services, a family-owned optometry practice in Indiana with multiple locations, seeks a Doctor of Optometry to join our private, patient-centered team dedicated to full-scope care. In a well-equipped setting, you’ll contribute to comprehensive exams and collaborative eye care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Eye Health Examinations for all ages.
• Diabetic Eye Health Examinations with reporting to managing physicians.
• Emergency Eye Health Examinations for urgent conditions.
• Contact Lens Fittings & Evaluations for various types of lenses.
• Co-management of Cataract & Other Refractive Surgeries.
