Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and personalized patient care.
• Diagnose and manage ocular conditions including glaucoma, cataracts, and retinal disease.
• Fit and manage specialty contact lenses.
• Deliver vision therapy and sports vision services.
• Manage dry eye conditions and amniotic membrane treatments.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient experiences.
