Job summary

Eyetastic Services is hiring an Optometrist in Greensboro, NC to provide comprehensive eye care and build strong patient relationships. You’ll conduct exams, diagnose and manage eye conditions, and work with a collaborative clinical team using OCT, Optos and digital phoropters.

The schedule is five days per week with one Saturday per month. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with up to 6% match. Salary starts at $180,000 with productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• A valid state optometry license or actively being obtained is required.
• 4th-year students encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing eye conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough eye exams with 20-minute slots.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat ocular diseases and visual disorders.
• Educate patients on preventive eye care and treatment plans.
