LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC, is seeking a dedicated Optometrist or Ophthalmologist to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA disability benefits process.

This non-treating role conducts comprehensive eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT), reviews records, and documents findings in a secure portal. The position is part-time (3-4 days per week) with a caseload of 4-6 assessments daily.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in Optometry or Ophthalmology.
• Experience with Visual Field Testing (VFT).
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
