Two start timelines are anticipated: one within 3–4 months and one within 7–9 months. The practice emphasizes collaboration with ophthalmologists and a focus on excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Virginia optometry license.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, staff and other eye-care professionals.
• Interest in establishing a long-term practice in the Richmond market.

AVPSEES Group is seeking two Optometrists to join its eye-care network in the Richmond, Virginia market.

These opportunities are open to both experienced optometrists and new graduates. Residency training and medical optometry experience are welcomed but are not required.

AVPSEES Group is targeting two anticipated hiring timelines:

• One Optometrist to begin within approximately three to four months
• One Optometrist to begin within approximately seven to nine months

Candidates completing optometry school or residency training within either timeframe are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
