A well-established eye care practice is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join its growing team. The practice provides comprehensive optometric services supported by modern diagnostic equipment, experienced technicians, and an established patient base.

This is a great opportunity for an Optometrist who wants strong compensation, a consistent schedule, and the clinical support to focus on patient care instead of administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose vision conditions and eye diseases.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and, where permitted by state regulations, provide therapeutic treatments.
• Identify potential signs of systemic health conditions through comprehensive eye evaluations.
• Educate patients on eye health, corrective lens options, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records using the electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program.
• Active optometry license in the applicable state or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills.
• Ability to provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care.
