Optometrist (OD) – Medically Focused, Integrated Practice

Westchester County, New York

We are seeking a motivated, clinically strong licensed Optometrist (OD) to join a growing group of medically focused eye care practices in Westchester County, NY. This role is open only to Doctors of Optometry licensed or license-eligible in New York State. Our model emphasizes comprehensive medical optometry, advanced diagnostics, and thoughtful vertical integration—rather than retail volume or walk-in care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OD who wants to practice full-scope medical eye care in a structured, well-supported environment with strong compensation and long-term stability.

• Multi-location, physician-led group with deep roots in Westchester County
• Medical-first model, including dry eye disease, ocular surface disease, glaucoma management, specialty contact lenses, and advanced diagnostics
• Scheduled appointments only—no retail pressure and no walk-in volume
• Fully staffed with trained ophthalmic technicians (approximately 1 technician per doctor)
