Ocala Eye in Ocala, FL is seeking a licensed Optometrist to deliver comprehensive eye care within a multi-specialty, on-site setting across multiple locations.

The role includes performing routine and medical eye examinations, diagnosing ocular conditions, co-managing cataract and refractive surgeries with ophthalmologists, prescribing glasses and contacts, and documenting care in the EHR, with a commitment to patient-centered outcomes and high-quality care.

Qualificações

• OD degree from an accredited institution and Florida license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and modern diagnostic technologies
• Experience or interest in multi-specialty eye care and coordinating care across subspecialties

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and medical eye examinations and diagnose ocular conditions
• Co-manage surgical patients, including cataract and refractive procedures, with ophthalmologists
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive eye health, documenting care in the EHR
