Working with a subleasing optometrist, you will adhere to practice protocols while delivering high‑quality eye care. Flexible scheduling and a fully equipped OD office are available to support your professional autonomy.

Job Overview

Position: Associate Optometrist (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide optometric care to patients within a LensCrafters practice
• Perform eye examinations, prescribe lenses, and recommend visual solutions
• Work collaboratively with a subleasing optometrist and adhere to practice protocols

Employment Terms

Pay, bonuses, and commissions are negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor. Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
